From Broken Arrow Oklahoma, to Grimshaw Alberta, Lobo travelled his way into the hearts of many. The trip began in Broken Arrow OK, where Lobo's beloved "Grannie Annie" and good friend Carrie Holt bundled up this precious package and proceeded to Albuquerque NM. In Albuqueque Ann and Carrie met up with Arlene Tribble and amidst many tears Lobo was transferred to Arlene's care for the second leg of his journey. Arlene and Lobo travelled to Flagstaff AZ to meet Pam Chernov. Pam took Lobo to her home in Las Vegas for a weekend of R & R before Lobo embarked on the fourth leg of his journey. Pam delivered Lobo to KC and Colin O'Brien from Calgary, AB, who were vacationing in Las Vegas. KC and Colin brought Lobo back to Calgary with them and after a good nights sleep, Colin escorted Lobo to the airport for the fifth and final leg of his journey to me. I was at the airport early, anxiously anticipating the arrival of my long awaited boy. As the pilot and co-pilot carried Lobo off the plane, my eyes were filling with tears. By the time I knelt down to take Lobo out of his crate the tears were flowing freely. I had never expected to be blessed with such a beautiful puppy. A tearful phone call was placed to Grannie Annie to let her know Lobo was with me safe and sound and suffering no ill effects from his 2300 mile trip, and we headed home. This is a long story for one young pup, but one that should be told. If ever you wonder if fate plays a part in ones life, you need to look no farther than Lobo's story. Without the support and assistance of Ann, Carrie, Arlene, Pam, KC and Colin, it would have been difficult to get Lobo here. With their help, the trip went without a hitch, flowing smoothly as if guided and watched over by an unseen force.
