"Prince came to us as a rescue in March 1999 when both his owners were dying. He wound up staying a lot longer than had been intended, but still it was not long enough. At the urging of our daughters, Prince stayed as a member of our family. His health had always been suspect and the last six months his health worsened. He was diagnosed a few months ago with Cushing's Disease. He is gone and he has left behind a grieving family. We hope that he has finally been reunited with the family he has spent the last two years waiting for. Prince, gone, but forever in our hearts". |
