This is my den, back when it had carpet. You can see a sofa
here, which is also gone now (my folks donated it to the church
for use in a nursery.) It never was my favorite sofa, anyway.

I'm playing with some toys here. I used to love to play with
a toy that had some feathers on the end of a string, but lately
my favorite toy has been a wand with a long piece of knit
fabric. It's a lot of fun to chase this.

Sometimes I get so tired I just have to sit down, though.

Whenever anything comes in the mail or by UPS, I have first
dibs on the boxes! You can see that this one is tight, but
that just makes them more fun. [Note from Jedi's folks: This is
not a shoebox, but rather a box 18" long.]

After my first year here, my folks started realizing that I was
going to be much bigger than the average cat. I wanted a castle
that I could climb on and from which I could survey my estate,
but all the ones I looked at in pet stores were much too small.
They finally had this one custom-made to be about half again as
large as most of the others. It's one of my favorite places
in the whole house.
