Jedi's Bedroom

Here I am in my bedroom (actually, I have to share it with my folks.) There are two other bedrooms in the house that I also sleep in, but this is one of my favorites because of these soft pillows and shams stacked under a big window that looks out on the front patio. This is one of the rare times that I am sitting up on these pillows and not sleeping.

This window is also the site of most of my standoffs with Oscar, a neighborhood cat who dares to consider my patio as his territory. We have some magnificent battles here.

This is a more typical picture from my bedroom, before my folks changed the bedding. I used to sleep on this cat doll. Now they've changed out the comfy quilt for a polished cotton duvet cover, and I frankly don't like the feel of the new setup. I still snuggle up on cold nights, though.
