Being a red-blooded resident of the Delaware Valley, my pro sports allegiances rest with the Philadelphia teams. You can check out each of the teams at the websites listed below.
(More sensitive web surfers, who do not tend toward the masochistic, might choose to avoid the Eagles, Sixers, and Phillies pages until said teams improve their performance.)Eagles and NFL:
For more general sports coverage, you can visit TV sports sites such as ESPN, CBS, NBC, and Fox, or print sports sites such as USA Today Sports (which has a nice page on the latest odds) or The Sporting News. (If you can't decide on TV vs. print, you can do both at once at the CNN/Sports Illustrated site.) One other sports site that shouldn't be omitted is the Nando.net Sports Server.
"I always turn to the sports section first. The sports section records people's accomplishments; the front page nothing but men's failures."
