Welcome to my book store. All the selections you see below, I myself have read and enjoyed. This is the core of my Taoist Library and have found that each book listed below has provided an essential aspect for the growth of my mind. I hope you find some that you are interested in. This is my most favored translation of the Tao Te Ching. I have read many and each have their own appeal, but this is by far the winner overall.

This is a wonderful book as an introduction into Taoism. This is the book that lead me to the path I am on presently and is a very wonderful read.

This is a wonderful read while at the same time very informative. I was very surprised that such a "fantasy" book could reveal such hard realities of Taoism.

The Te of Piglet by Benjamin Hoff
Paperback$9.56This book does touch on some very important parts of Taoism, yet at the same time you do have to wade through Hoff's political rantings that were not present in his first wonderful book, The Tao of Pooh.

This book will revolutionize the way you think of the world and its workings. Not much on Zen or motorcycle maintenance, but plenty of wonderful thoughts.

Lila: An Inquiry into Morals.
Paperback$6.39Another wonderful book by Persig. It is a hard read, but if you struggle through it, it has some hard hitting concepts of societal evolution.

The Warrior Within: The Philosophies of Bruce Lee by John R. Little and Linda Lee
Paperback$11.96I am just beginning to read this book, and found that the first few pages captured me. Wonderful insights and quotes.
The Complete Works of Lao Tzu: Tao Teh Ching and Hua Hu Ching by Hua-Ching NiPaperback$12.95This is a very good buy. It is a wonderful translation of the Tao Te Ching, and is coupled with a very interesting work few read, the Hua Hu Ching. This is a must have.

The Art of War by Sun Tzu translated by James Clavell

This is an excellent book if you have trouble with leadership or being assertive. This applies not only to war, but business and every day life.
Lieh-Tzu: A Taoist Guide to Practical Living by Eva WongPaperback$15.00This is a wonderful change when it comes to Taoist texts. Instead of the heavy hitting philosophy, you can sit back and enjoy the stories within. It is sort of a "fable" book to teach while you enjoy. This tends to side on the Religious side of Taoism.
Zen Graffiti by AzukiPaperback$10.80This is a wonderful book full of short but meaningful lessons. Excellent for quotes etc... Also has very interesting art work within its pages.
101 Lessons of Tao by Luke ChanPaperback$12.95A book designed to bring fables to answer various troubles one will find in one's life. Great short little stories that are fun to read and very enlightening.
The Shambhala Dictionary of Taoism by Werner WunschePaperback$10.40This is a book that is very useful. If you are reading about a certain person, area or time in another Taoist text, chances are this book will have a complete explaination the who, what, when and where of what you are reading. Also contains a lot of information on religious Taoism and the gods.

The I Ching: or Book of Changes by C. F. Baynes
Hard Cover$15.75An essential book once you begin to dig deeper into Taoism. Much enlightenment can be found within this text.
