As you all can see, my only web page is a genealogy one, so the WET pictures will have an odd home this week!

In keeping with the Christmas season, I have included a couple of Christmas themed items for those of you who are in the holiday spirit.  For those of you who would like something different to play with this time, I’ve included a photo of my great-grandmother which has always attracted me because although it is an actual photo, it looks much more like a charcoal drawing.  And yes, she is German and her Army boot size was 9! :-).  I’ve also included a scan of an old German book that my great-grandfather brought with him from Russia in 1900.  On the page that I scanned is a poem about winter entitled, “Winterszeit.”
