its first office, in Noida chose the
design
submitted by our firm. The deisgn takes into consideration the acute angle of the plot and the location advantage- The 4 storey building stands at the cross road in Sector 62- an institutional zone. A trimmed frustum is placed at the junction and will have space on top for a statue. Cost and energy efficient building materials like foam blocks, have been used on south-western sides. The 700 sqmt. area has been built on a frugal budget of 60 lakhs and is nearly complete. |
