The house is wrapped around the garden. The interiors have been done thoughtfully, yet the facade overlooking the garden remained incomplete. The challenge was to use hardy materials yet do minimum intervention to the existing openings and walls.
This was done by adopting fresco-buono in a new way. Acrylic paints and plaster mouldings were used to create an artistic effect. One of the wide opening was aligned to create the doorway. Cast iron grills with polished brass were hung on to create a rich look.
