We moved to Moore County in 1988 and believe it or not we did not come here to retire or to play golf. Jim had a job offer in Pinehurst and luckily for me the hospital here was hiring also. We have actually lived in Seven Lakes, Southern Pines and currently in Pinehurst.

The area is so beautiful with all the flowers, golf courses and pinetrees. Spring is absolutely gorgeous when the azaleas and dogwoods are in bloom.

Although Pinehurst is known mostly for its retirement communities and golf courses, recently there has been an influx of young families into the area. It is a great place to live and I hope you have the opportunity to visit (or maybe retire here).
