( MALAYSIAN PILOTS ASSOCIATION )

1.1 The Society formed under these rules shall be known as the "Persatuan Juruterbang Malaysia" (Malaysian Pilots Association) hereinafter referred to as the Association.

1.2 The registered place of business of the Association shall be c/o

                Selangor Darul Ehsan

or at such place(s) as determined by the Executive Council. Such registered place shall not be changed without the prior approval of the Registrar of Societies.

1.3 The logo of the Association consists of a pair of golden wings to the side and a round shape in the center with light blue, yellow / blue / white / red strips on the right, pure white with the letters MPA on the left side and vertical markings in the center.

2.1

    1. To provide an effective organization amongst pilots in promoting
    professional, intellectual and social interest of its members.

    2. To provide, if decided by the Executive Council, legal assistance
    and advice to its members in connection with their profession,
    employment and social well- being.

    3. To have a ready avenue capable of raising and representing the
    members views to any relevant authorities on any concerns in
    performing the general operation of air services.

    4. To instill and promote the highest standard of aviation
    professionalism and safety.

    5. To participate and contribute by any possible means in the
    development promotion and enhancement of the aviation industry and
    to heighten public awareness and appreciation in the profession.

    6. To publish and/or to circulate any journal, magazine, news sheet or
    other printed literature in the general interest or educational benefit of
    the Association and it's members which the Executive Council may
    deem expedient.

    7. To undertake in any lawful manner, any project and ventures for the
    benefit of the Association and it�s members.

2.2 These objectives shall be promoted in accordance with these rules and the Societies Act, 1966.
