CRYSTAL Healing
Crystals are often used in the process of healing. Clear Quartz crystal points are the most popular ones used but many different types can be used as well (see Illnesses and Crystals below) or if you are working with chakras (see Crystals and Chakras). Crystals are only a tool that we use, and clear quartz is very popular because of its ability to focus energy. I believe that we all have the ability to use healing energy, however, in the majority of people it lays dormant. This does not mean that you cannot help family and friends.
If you decide to try a healing session, the following method should help. You can use whichever crystal you wish (you may choose from the table below) or if in doubt, a plain clear quartz crystal will always do the trick. I should note here that it is wise to tell the person you are trying to heal.
Hold your crystal in whichever hand feels good for you,(although most prefer to use the magickal hand, the one you write with) and calmly attune yourself to the inner energies of your crystal. You may feel an energy gently throbbing within your hand. Then point the healing crystal towards the person and gently move the crystal around the perimeter of their whole body in a clockwise direction.(Some say of you are doing a distance to use a doll, this is up to you and if you feel a doll will help you then use it) At the same time visualize a blue-white crystalline light emanating from the apex of the person's body and flowing towards the person and surrounding him. Do this several times. This will help to strengthen the electro-magnetic field of energy around the physical body of the person.
The single-terminated end of the crystal should then be directed towards that part of the person's body which you believe or feel to be most in need of healing. Visualize, as strongly as possible, a lovely blue-white light emanating from the apex of your crystal once again and direct this light, like a laser beam, to that part of the person's body where you feel that the healing is most needed. The blue-white light becomes stronger and stronger, brighter and brighter, and the energy between the crystal and the person slowly begins to intensify.
The crystal healing session itself may, in theory at any rate, last any length of time, but intuitively you will become aware when the time is right to bring the session to an end. To finish the crystal healing treatment session you should visualize the blue-white light gently lowering in intensity and flowing back into your quartz crystal. Once more you should direct and project the healing energies around the perimeter of the person's body in a clockwise direction. Then allow the person to relax for a few minutes.
