Hi! I'm Virginia, aka LadySparHawk. I chose the Baking category because I have 3 teenagers who love to eat...LoL. I'm always finding new recipes of all kinds on the internet to try out. I'll be presenting you with some great URL's for finding recipes. Some of these will be found in Heartland and some will be found in other places on the net. I would like to offer new and interesting sites for you to visit each month.

I would also like to feature culinary arts sites that I find. These will be websites featuring chefs still in school, new chefs, and the more experienced chefs.
