Bobby's Too 320 W 8th St Bloomington, Indiana 812-334-3500 For several years I worked in the Showers Building (Bobby's Too is located in the building) and I loved it when I had time to eat lunch there. My favorite is the grilled ham and cheese sandwich and everything is good. The seating is great and it's a great place for business lunch meetings as well.

Parking is difficult now that the only location is at the gables but limited delivery is available. They also have the best steak sandwich I've ever had the pleasure to eat.

If you love steak, this is the place for you. Don't you dare use a sauce! These thick juicy steaks are too good by themselves. I always order the mushrooms. You'll have to ask for them - they aren't on the menu. And don't forget to order the onion rolls. Janko's is also known for having the largest wine selection in Indiana. Don't be surprised if you see some Indiana University athletes. They seem to like the food too.

This establishment is an IU tradition beyond all others!
Open since 1927, the building has a historical character much like the taverns of that day. Walk in the door and you'll find booths lining the walls, in the back room you'll find tables for groups and upstairs you'll find the "hump" room, perfect for large groups. The menu offers a variety of sandwiches and burgers, pizza and stroms. They have specialty dinners that include steak, chicken and a pizza special for two. Order a pound of beer and watch any of several TV's - an IU tradition.
