| At last Oliver has given me my own section
of his vast homepage. I'm Julia, Oliver's
mum and as you have most probably guessed, Oliver being only 3, can't quite manage
his html techniques just yet, so I'm here to give him a helping hand. |  | This
site first went live on the net in May 1997, it was pretty sparse then, compared
to now, with only a few pictures dotting about here and there. I
was alarmed to see after only a week of entering it into the main search engines
how many visitors it had received. I
couldn't understand it, until I installed the guestbook, which told me everything!
It seems Oliver's Teletubbie's pictures were drawing the crowds in (back then
there was only three!). So,
I expanded the Teletubby area into basically it's own area. However all is not
well in Teletubbie Land because the powers that be, or should I say 'At The Beeb',
spoke out against all the Teletubbie pages on the internet using pictures of their
beloved characters. All my hard work seemed wasted at this point as I faced the
prospect of removing the site completely. However,
I did decide to carry on and that very same night an alternative site was in place
with thanks to Roy for providing the pictures! Since then I've become pretty good
at drawing in Paint Shop Pro! Below
