Crafts A routine helps the day flow more smoothly, allows the children to anticipate upcoming events, and aids in achieving a variety of goals. We will adhere to our written routine to the best of our ability, keeping in mind that anything can happen when children are involved. there will be times when we have to make adjustments to the schedule.

6:30 - 8:00 ARRIVAL & FREE CHOICE
Each child will have the opportunity to freely choose a variety of activities. They may include music & movement, story time, books, puzzles, unstructured art, dramatic play, table toys and blocks.
8:00 - 9:00 STRUCTURED LEARNING & SMALL GROUP ACTIVITY
Activities during this period will be planned on a week to week basis. Theme or skill based lesson plans will be posted and/or sent home on a weekly basis. Lesson plans will include carefully planned developmentally appropriate activities to help develop each child's growth in language, fine motor, large motor, mathematical, social emotional, cognitive & self-help skills.
9:00 - 9:30 SNACK
9:30 - 10:30 OUTDOOR PLAY
The children will be playing outside everyday as weather permits. Please dress them appropriately.
10:30 - 11:30 FREE CHOICE
11:30 - 12:15 LUNCH
12:15 - 12:30 STORYTIME
12:30 - 2:30 NAP/QUIET TIME
2:30 - 3:00 SNACK
3:00 - 4:30 OUTDOOR PLAY
4:30 - 5:30 FREE CHOICE
