He married Marcella Jane Wilber Afton, Iowa, May 6, 1961. Marcella was born Creston, Iowa Dec. 7, 1940. Marcella was the daughter of Orlan Eldon Wilber and Zita Lucille Comfort. At 21 years of age Marcella became the mother of John Oran Waltz Greenfield, Iowa, Jan. 11, 1962. At 22 years of age Marcella became the mother of Pamela Lynn Waltz Greenfield, Iowa, May 16, 1963. At 24 years of age Marcella became the mother of Jacqueline Renea Waltz Greenfield, Adair County, Iowa, July 10, 1965. At 33 years of age Marcella became the mother of Eric Robin Waltz Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa, June 18, 1974.

At 24 years of age John became the father of John Oran Waltz Greenfield, Iowa, Jan. 11, 1962. At 25 years of age John became the father of Pamela Lynn Waltz Greenfield, Iowa, May 16, 1963. At 28 years of age John became the father of Jacqueline Renea Waltz Greenfield, Adair County, Iowa, July 10, 1965. At 36 years of age John became the father of Eric Robin Waltz Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa, June 18, 1974.

John Richard Waltz and Marcella Jane Wilber had the following children:

2 i. John Oran² Waltz was born Greenfield, Iowa Jan. 11, 1962. He married twice. He married Tammy Francis Burke Atlantic, Iowa, Feb. 4, 1984. He married Debbie Sue Clark Atlantic, Iowa, June 29, 1992. Debbie was born Ft. Dodge, Iowa April 8, 1961.

3 ii. Pamela Lynn Waltz was born Greenfield, Iowa May 16, 1963. She married Glen Harvey Jensen Atlantic, Iowa, Oct. 8, 1983. Glen was born April 8, 1961.

4 iii. Jacqueline Renea Waltz was born Greenfield, Adair County, Iowa July 10, 1965. She married three times. She married Richard Pross Atlantic, Iowa, May 4, 1985. Richard was born Aberdeen, South Dakota Oct. 22, 1965. She married Eric Jon Hill Atlantic, Iowa, July 3, 1989. Eric was born Ellsworth, Iowa Sept. 7, 1962. She married Steven Gene Linn Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa, June 27, 1993. Steven was born Audubon County, Iowa July 23, 1963.

5 iv. Eric Robin Waltz was born Atlantic, Cass County, Iowa June 18, 1974. He married Cherese Hettrick. Cherese was born Jan. 29, 1975.
