One of our favorite chef's to watch on television is the one and only Chef Emeril Lagasse on the Food Network. He's been kicking it up a notch for several years and has been a welcome addition to our home every weekday and weekend. His entertaining and comical way of cooking makes anyone want to get up and scream, "BAM!" After all.. this isn't rocket science... we're really cookin' here.
He recently celebrated his 1000th show on a live broadcast. Several chefs from the Food Network joined Emeril to help him whip up some special celebratory dishes. Emeril is currently on a book signing tour.. which is planned to stop in the northeast in the fall. Check out the lastest dates for his tour.
