Furniture

Wood Shop Woodworking is one of those things I became interested in after I completed my house.  I did not have access to any kind of tools in my childhood and by taking shop classes in High School I learned some of the basic techniques of cabinet making.  Once I was settled into my house and set out to fill it with furniture I was shocked at the price and the quality.  Well, it wasn't long after that when I came up with the idea to build my own furniture.  Having the freedom to design about anything to my own style was very appealing and is a great outlet for my creative side. 

Below I have several images from some of the pieces I have in my house.  Most of what I build is made out of Red Oak with some Cherry inlays, but lately I've started building Cherry furniture.
