One of the hobbies that Jay has is to collect as much "STAR TREK" and "STAR WARS" stuff as he possibly can.
At the moment, he has several "STNG" figures. Two models of the "U.S.S.Enterprise". One from the original series, and one from The Next Generation.
He has a collectors plate that has all 4 captains on it,
(Kirk, Picard, Sisco, and Janeway).
A Stein that has "The Doomsday Machine" episode on it, (pretty cool!), and a coffee mug from the
U.S.S. Enterprise CVN-65 (US Navy).
ALSO;
One of Jay's friends, Robert, gave him an original series
"STAR TREK"
alarm clock.
It don't go buzz, or ring like any other alarm, it makes the transporter beam sound and says
"Landing party to Enterprise, two to beam up"
and also makes the comm badge sound.
Ooh, ooh...
AND
Several figurines from "STAR WARS 4,5,&6 as well as 1 &2" ; a "Tuskin Raider" (google eyes trying to shoot Luke as he races down the ravine on his land speeder), and a "Garindan" (that long snoot guy who turned all the boys in after they left the saloon to go to Han Solo's ship)
