Mary H. Dudley, M.D. is a medical examiner for Maricopa County in Phoenix, Arizona. She is board certified in Anatomic and Forensic Pathology by the American Board of Pathologists. She completed a two year fellowship in Forensic Pathology at the University of New Mexico following a four year Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Dr. Dudley is the Vice-President of the Arizona SIDS Alliance, and the Medical Director of the Donor Network of Arizona. She is associated with the following agencies:

  • Arizona SIDS advisory council
  • Phoenix Fire Department United Command
  • National Disaster Medical Systems
  • Maricopa County Medical Center Trauma Team
  • Sgt. Timothy Bryant has worked for the Phoenix Police Department for the past 22 years. He is currently in the homicide unit and a member of the search and rescue dive team.

    Frank A. Ciaccio, MPA is the chief medical investigator for Maricopa County, Arizona. He holda bachelor's degree in anthropology and a masters degree in public administration. He worked as a medicolegal death investigator for 8 years in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is a member of the National Disaster Medical Systems.

    Laura C. Tulginetti, Ph.D. is a forensic anthropologist and medical investigator for Maricopa County office of the medical investigator.

    Ray M. Geiszl is a crime lab manager of the Phoenix Police Department.

    Michelle Gilman, RN, B.S.N. is the Development and Education Coordinator for the Donor Network of Arizona.

    Paul Habel has worked for the Phoenix Fire Department for the past 20 years. He is an instructor at the fire academy and is an arson investigator.

    Robert T. McWhirter, J.D. is an attorney for the public defenders office for Phoenix, AZ.

    Rochelle Greer, B.S. is a chemist for the Department of Public Safety and has worked in the forensic toxicology laboratory for Maricopa County Medical Examiner's office.

    Joanna Caceiatore is the executive director for the Arizona SIDS alliance and president for Mothers in Support and Sympathy. She is a bereaved parent of her newborn daughter, Cheyenne, and counsels newly bereaved parents. She also teaches grief intervention and bereavement workshops to hospital personnel and other community agencies.

    Sylvia Strickland, M.D. is a pediatrician at the Maricopa County hospital and Mesa family clinic. Her special area of expertise is child abuse and neglect.

    John Piacus, DDS a forensic odontologist also does consulting work for the Maricopa County Medical examiners office for dental identification and evaluation of bite mark injury. He also has a full-time private dental practice in Phoenix, AZ.
