It is a smartly crafted bondage collar with a oversized ring in front for chains, ropes, even perhaps a small spreader bar to be passed through!!! The collar is 2" wide and is adjustable from 17" all the way down to 13" with the holes already in the strap. There is also additional room left on the strap for more holes to take it all the way down to 12" for petite neck sizes. This elegant, yet durable leather collar is built on a "full strap" design, engineered to provide you many years of unfailing service!!
