The Royal Quarters

The first floor is not very special. The Queen did not lead you up one of the staircases to either side of the entrance. She reveals to you that they are actually fake, and do not lead anywhere. Because the guards are inside, any intruders who think they can get past them are sadly mistaken. As soon as they come down the stairs the guards will arrest them.

Past the guards into the main room, you see large windows coming in from the sides. There are doors at each side, and they lead to the Queen's Garden, an extention of the Royal Gardens, which lay past them. She goes right past them, though, on to the real stairs.

On the second floor, she offers to introduce you to her daughter. She admites that the Princess Natalie, however, is insane, and MagicBonded to boot like both of her parents. She would never hurt anyone who was with her mother, though, so you would be perfectly safe. Otherwise, she can take you up to the top floor, to her own rooms.
