NHHS Cheerleaders
The 1997/1998 High School Wrestling Team performed in the Group III Sections, and lost to the CJ Group 3 Top Seeded South Plainfield. Last Year's squad graduated 3 starters, including Eric Balut who placed 5th last year in the NJ State Tournament.

This year, North hopes to use it's experience to go further, now that many of last year's starters have a year experience under their belt. This team is returning 8 to 9 starters from last year's squad, but a couple of them are injured at this point in the season. Also, North is looking for support from Pat Shaddow who transferred in from Ohio.

The team will be participating in the Herndon Holiday Classic down in Herndon, Virginia (NW of Wash DC).

North also has a change in it's coaching, as Ben Oberly has moved on to his Alma Matre, Warren Hills as their head coach. Jason Hawk and Matt Thompson are stepping in to North's coaching line-up.
