Thomas Michael Curtis is a trial and appellate lawyer practicing in the Nation's capital and in northern Virginia since 1985. He graduated with an honors degree in economics from Harvard College and with an honors degree from Harvard Law School. He worked as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C. with the Office of Independent Counsel and served as Associate Independent Counsel. He currently practices criminal law and civil litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels. He consults with and advises both businesses and individuals on many aspects of the law and finance, and practices before the federal bankruptcy courts and advises clients regarding asset protection strategies. He enjoys the practice of law and helping people through some of the most stressful times in their lives.
