The mission is to equip pastors to promote the mandate. It is proposed that a platform be provided to equip church leaders with adequate tools that would enable them to "search the Scriptures" and communicate God’s truth in the midst of a multitude of mentalities, in effect, to alter the cityscape for life. This platform would entail a seminary (post-graduate) course that would consist of classes catering to both academic and ethical needs. The primary mission is to adopt a well-balanced approach to academic and practical instruction in preparing men and women to effectively communicate the Word of God in urban church ministries through a life that is consecrated to Jesus Christ and yielded to His Spirit.
