Draconian Knights Command Structure and Rankings
Kanrei (Commander/Leader): This ranking is for the Faction Leader. Assumes all control over faction and is in charge of keeping faction in order and upholding the Code of Conduct within the faction. Handles all complaints which have been deemed "serious" and must make a magistrate decision. Commands the whole faction.
iKanrei (Second in Command): This ranking is for the Second in Command. This ranking is only activated when the Kanrei cannot be located for 3 to 4 days. Assumes all jobs of Kanrei when activated.
Tai-sho (General): These rankings are for Generals. This rank commands 2 squads of faction members. Is in charge of maintaining order and enforcing the Code of Conduct in their 2 squads. Must follow Command Structure. Also obligated to make sure his squads are content. Handles all complaints regarding faction members and is to only give a report of the complaint to the Kanrei for a magistrate decision when the complaint is "serious". Gives monthly reports about the faction to Kanrei or when ordered to. Is commanded and to report to Kanrei.
Kashira (Talon Captain): These rankings are for Talon Captains. This rank commands 1 certain squad which they are assigned to. Is in charge of maintaining order and enforcing Code of Conduct within their squad. Must follow Command Structure. Also obilgated to make sure all squad members are content. Reports any complaints to his assigned Tai-sho. Gives monthly reports to their Tai-sho or when ordered to. Is commanded and to report to assigned Tai-sho.
Gun-i (Sergeant): These rankings are for Sergeants. This rank commands 3 Chu-i (explained below) which they are assigned to. Is in charge of maintaining order and enforcing Code of Conduct within their assignment of 3 Chu-i. Must follow Command Structure. Also obligated to make sure all assigned Chu-i are content. Reports any complaints to his assigned Kashira. Is commanded and to report to assigned Kashira.
Chu-i (MechWarrior): This ranking is for basic members of the Draconian Knights. Obligated to follow the Code of Conduct and Command Structure and also receive orders from assigned Gun-i or higher rank. Reports any complaint they may have to assigned Gun-i. Is commanded and to report to assigned Gun-i.
Recruit: This ranking is for potential members for the Draconian Knights. Is to wait for application into Draconian Knights to be processed before being admitted into the Knights. Obligated to learn and follow Code of Conduct and Command Structure before being admitted into the Knights. Also if application is accepted, recruit must play one game against the Kanrei, a Tai-sho, or a Kashira and win before admittance is permitted. Also the outcome of the game determines if the recruit can be assigned to a high rank within a squad or shall be deemed a Chu-i.
All rankings and squad assignments will be assigned by the Kanrei.
Rank must be added to Chron X name when position is assigned. Rank comes before name like this: Kanrei Archangel96.
