Jodie Strausbaugh has been a fitness and exercise instructor
for the past 22 years. Throughout the years, her knowledge and
experience in fitness have provided many students with safe and
effective exercise classes. Jodie began Fitness X-Press over 15
years ago, and since then, added and updated her programs with
the fitness industry's change and demand. Jodie attends fitness
conferences regularly and always strives to educate herself and
her students from these experiences.
Jodie has recently added a Yoga class to her list of exercise
programs. This style of exercise is becoming very popular among
