*Wreaths, Roundels and Stars - make your Christmas decorations from natural materials using willow and coloured dogwood stems mixed with evergreen leaves, berries and cones

* Hedgerow Baskets - learn how to gather weaving material from the countryside and turn it into colourful rustic baskets.
