He married Martha Josephine Mathis Nov. 4, 1886. Martha was born Chickasaw County, Mississippi March 2, 1855. Martha was the daughter of William Mathis Jr. and Jane Gillison Harris.

Andrew Youngblood and Martha Josephine Mathis had the following children:
