He married Alice Jane Sommerville. Alice was born Beatrice, Gage County, Nebraska Jan. 3, 1961. Alice is the daughter of John Alviah Sommerville and Lenora Louise Allen. At 21 years of age Alice became the mother of Joshua Wesley Dean Williams Alma, Nebraska, May 21, 1982. At 22 years of age Alice became the mother of Joshua Jacob Allen "Jerry" Williams Norton, Kansas, Aug. 11, 1983.

At 29 years of age Jeffrey became the father of Joshua Wesley Dean Williams Alma, Nebraska, May 21, 1982. At 30 years of age Jeffrey became the father of Joshua Jacob Allen "Jerry" Williams Norton, Kansas, Aug. 11, 1983.

Jeffrey Robert Williams and Alice Jane Sommerville had the following children:
