He married Mary Day. Mary was born Youngstown, Illinois abt. 1856. At 23 years of age Mary became the mother of Cora Davis Youngstown, Illinois, June 1, 1880.

At 25 years of age Isaac became the father of Cora Davis Youngstown, Illinois, June 1, 1880.

Isaac P. Davis and Mary Day had the following child:

child 2 i. Cora2 Davis was born Youngstown, Illinois June 1, 1880. Cora died Dec. 16, 1956 Monmouth, Illinois, at 76 years of age. She married George L. Simmons Greenbush, Illinois, Feb. 12, 1900. George was born Greenbush, Illinois Oct. 13, 1879. George(78) was the son of James Oscar Simmons and Margaret A. Drake. At 22 years of age George became the father of Gerald Simmons Greenbush, Illinois, March 14, 1902. At 26 years of age George became the father of Lillian Violet Simmons Greenbush, Illinois, Feb. 6, 1906. At 29 years of age George became the father of Thelma Marie Simmons Osceola, Iowa, March 2, 1909. At 34 years of age George became the father of Wayne Leslie Simmons Greenbush, Illinois, July 30, 1914. (See George L. Simmons for the continuation of this line.)
