1. George¹ Davis was born Montgomery County, Ohio May 12, 1818. George died July 23, 1901 Grant County, Indiana, at 83 years of age. His body was interred aft. July 23, 1901 Marion, Grant County, Indiana, Mississinewa Friends Cemetery.

He married Charlotte Baldwin abt. 1837. Charlotte was born Guilford County, North Carolina May 11, 1823. At 30 years of age Charlotte became the mother of Nathan Farmer Davis Grant County, Indiana, Dec. 26, 1853.

At 35 years of age George became the father of Nathan Farmer Davis Grant County, Indiana, Dec. 26, 1853.

George Davis and Charlotte Baldwin had the following child:

2 i. Nathan Farmer² Davis was born Grant County, Indiana Dec. 26, 1853. Nathan died Sept. 26, 1935 Chandler, Maricopa County, Arizona, at 81 years of age. He married Hannah Beeson Fairmount, Grant County, Indiana, June 17, 1876. Hannah was born Grant County, Indiana May 10, 1851. Hannah was the daughter of Charles Beeson and Prudence Roberts. Hannah died Jan. 19, 1940 Chandler, Maricopa County, Arizona, at 88 years of age.
