He married Dessie Josephine Bohrer. Dessie was born April 9, 1917. Dessie was the daughter of William G. Bohrer and Emma Genevieve Walker. Dessie died April 16, 1994 at 77 years of age. At 21 years of age Dessie became the mother of Dorothy Emma Dulin Oct. 15, 1938.
At 23 years of age Joseph became the father of Dorothy Emma Dulin Oct. 15, 1938.
