1. Richard Franklin "Dick"¹ Cockburn was born Tennessee May 19, 1854. Richard died Aug. 31, 1925 Grayson County, Texas, at 71 years of age. His body was interred aft. Aug. 31, 1925 Grayson County, Texas, Cherry Mound Cemetery.

He married Katherine "Kate" Goff Dec. 24, 1884. Katherine was born Moulton, Lawrence County, Tennessee Nov. 2, 1862. Katherine was the daughter of Richard Bethel Goff and Harriet Amanda Milam. Katherine died May 24, 1935 Grayson County, Texas, at 72 years of age. Her body was interred aft. May 24, 1935 Grayson County, Texas, Cherry Mound Cemetery. At 22 years of age Katherine became the mother of George B. Cockburn Grayson County, Texas, Feb. 16, 1885. At 23 years of age Katherine became the mother of Harriet Eliza Cockburn Bells, Grayson County, Texas, Sept. 13, 1886. At 25 years of age Katherine became the mother of Frank A. Cockburn Bells, Grayson County, Texas, Aug. 7, 1888. At 27 years of age Katherine became the mother of Richard King Cockburn Bells, Grayson County, Texas, March 7, 1890. At 34 years of age Katherine became the mother of Willie Cockburn Mulberry, Texas, July 11, 1897. At 41 years of age Katherine became the mother of Esther Lillie Cockburn Grayson County, Texas, April 24, 1904.

At 30 years of age Richard became the father of George B. Cockburn Grayson County, Texas, Feb. 16, 1885. At 32 years of age Richard became the father of Harriet Eliza Cockburn Bells, Grayson County, Texas, Sept. 13, 1886. At 34 years of age Richard became the father of Frank A. Cockburn Bells, Grayson County, Texas, Aug. 7, 1888. At 35 years of age Richard became the father of Richard King Cockburn Bells, Grayson County, Texas, March 7, 1890. At 43 years of age Richard became the father of Willie Cockburn Mulberry, Texas, July 11, 1897. At 49 years of age Richard became the father of Esther Lillie Cockburn Grayson County, Texas, April 24, 1904.

Richard Franklin "Dick" Cockburn and Katherine "Kate" Goff had the following children:

2 i. George B.² Cockburn was born Grayson County, Texas Feb. 16, 1885. George died April 4, 1904 Grayson County, Texas, at 19 years of age. His body was interred aft. April 4, 1904 Grayson County, Texas, Cherry Mound Cemetery.

3 ii. Harriet Eliza Cockburn was born Bells, Grayson County, Texas Sept. 13, 1886. Harriet died Jan. 15, 1956 Sunnyside, Washington, at 69 years of age. Her body was interred aft. Jan. 15, 1956 Sunnyside, Washington, Lower Valley Memorial Gardens.

+ 4 iii. Frank A. Cockburn was born Aug. 7, 1888.

5 iv. Richard King Cockburn⁽⁶⁵⁾ was born Bells, Grayson County, Texas March 7, 1890. Richard died Dec. 1970 Corona, Riverside County, California, at 80 years of age. He married Myrtle May Evans Oct. 15, 1911. Myrtle was born Pauls Valley, Oklahoma May 10, 1890. Myrtle died Nov. 21, 1967 Sunnyside, Washington, at 77 years of age. Her body was interred aft. Nov. 21, 1967 Sunnyside, Washington, Lower Valley Memorial Gardens.

6 v. Willie Cockburn⁽⁶⁶⁾ was born Mulberry, Texas July 11, 1897. Willie died April 1972 Denison, Grayson County, Texas, at 74 years of age. She married George Penn Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Sept. 25, 1925. George was born Aug. 9, 1886. George died May 1966 Ft. Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, at 79 years of age.

7 vi. Esther Lillie Cockburn was born Grayson County, Texas April 24, 1904. Esther died Nov. 18, 1904 at less than one year of age.
