At 35 years of age Richard became the father of Katherine "Kate" Goff Moulton, Lawrence County, Tennessee, Nov. 2, 1862. At 37 years of age Richard became the father of Amanda Alletha "Allie" Goff Moulton, Lawrence County, Tennessee, Nov. 5, 1864. (See Richard Bethel Goff for the continuation of this line.)

At 19 years of age Harriet became the mother of Katherine "Kate" Goff Moulton, Lawrence County, Tennessee, Nov. 2, 1862. At 21 years of age Harriet became the mother of Amanda Alletha "Allie" Goff Moulton, Lawrence County, Tennessee, Nov. 5, 1864.
