1. James "Jimmy" William Parham¹ Crewes was born Chatham, Pittyslvania County, Virginia June 1815. James died Jan. 1854 Sunnyside, Pittyslvania County, Virginia.

He married Paulina Lewis. Paulina was born Pittyslvania County, Virginia July 4, 1827. Paulina died Aug. 18, 1863 Sunnyside, Pittyslvania County, Virginia, at 36 years of age. At 34 years of age Paulina became the mother of Virginia "Jenny" Lewis Crewes Sunnyside, Gretna County, Virginia, Aug. 4, 1861.

At 46 years of age James became the father of Virginia "Jenny" Lewis Crewes Sunnyside, Gretna County, Virginia, Aug. 4, 1861.

James "Jimmy" William Parham Crewes and Paulina Lewis had the following child:

2 i. Virginia "Jenny" Lewis² Crewes was born Sunnyside, Gretna County, Virginia Aug. 4, 1861. Virginia died July 23, 1942 at 80 years of age. She married Edmund Boxley Fitzgerald. Edmund was born White Falls, Riceville County, Virginia Aug. 2, 1854. Edmund was the son of James Morgan Fitzgerald and Fannie White Graves. Edmund died July 29, 1936 Gretna, Pittyslvania County, Virginia, at 81 years of age. At 26 years of age Edmund became the father of Susie Crew Fitzgerald Sunny Side, Gretna County, Virginia, Sept. 5, 1880. (See Edmund Boxley Fitzgerald for the continuation of this line.)

At 19 years of age Virginia became the mother of Susie Crew Fitzgerald Sunny Side, Gretna County, Virginia, Sept. 5, 1880.
