1. John Fred Carl¹ Dietz⁽⁹²⁾ was born April 26, 1905. John died Oct. 28, 1999 Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming, at 94 years of age.

He married Mary Irene Springsteel. Mary was born Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado Oct. 22, 1906. Mary⁽⁹³⁾ was the daughter of Walter Springsteel and Emma Catherine Truitt. Mary died Dec. 15, 1997 Casper, Wyoming, at 91 years of age. At 18 years of age Mary became the mother of Wyomomia Gerldine Babcock 1925. At 20 years of age Mary became the mother of Glen E. Babcock Dec. 16, 1926. At 25 years of age Mary became the mother of John Dorsey Dietz 1932. At 28 years of age Mary became the mother of John Fred Carl Dietz Jr. 1935.

At 27 years of age John became the father of John Dorsey Dietz 1932. At 30 years of age John became the father of John Fred Carl Dietz Jr. 1935.

John Fred Carl Dietz and Mary Irene Springsteel had the following children:

2 i. Anna Marie² Dietz. She married George W. Schlotterbeck. (See George W. Schlotterbeck for the continuation of this line.)

3 ii. John Dorsey Dietz was born 1932. John died 1932 at less than one year of age.

+ 4 iii. John Fred Carl Dietz Jr. was born 1935.
