2 i. Jeannette C.² Benton was born Chenango, Broome County, New York Feb. 11, 1837. Jeannette died 1891 Whiteside County, Illinois, at 54 years of age. She married Jacob W. Hollingshead Mt. Carroll, Carroll County, Illinois, Sept. 12, 1858. Jacob was born Canada Aug. 22, 1831. Jacob was the son of John Hollingshead and Edith Elizabeth Rush. Jacob died Aug. 22, 1895 Fulton Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, at 64 years of age. His body was interred aft Aug. 22, 1895 Fulton Township, Whiteside County, Illinois. At 28 years of age Jacob became the father of Ethel L. Hollingshead Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, 1860. At 32 years of age Jacob became the father of Elisabeth M. Hollingshead Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, 1864. At 34 years of age Jacob became the father of Frank L. Hollingshead Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, 1866. (See Jacob W. At 23 years of age Jeannette became the mother of Ethel L. Hollingshead Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, 1860. At 27 years of age Jeannette became the mother of Elisabeth M. Hollingshead Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, 1864. At 29 years of age Jeannette became the mother of Frank L. Hollingshead Ustick Township, Whiteside County, Illinois, 1866.
