He married Jane Stroud 1784. Jane was born Smithfield Township, Northampton, Pennsylvania Nov. 15, 1765. Jane was the daughter of Col. Jacob Stroud and Elizabeth McDowell. Jane died Dec. 20, 1842 Delaven, Wisconsin, at 77 years of age. At 19 years of age Jane became the mother of Sarah Bush Lower Smithfield Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, March 24, 1785. At 21 years of age Jane became the mother of Elizabeth Bush Feb. 7, 1787. At 23 years of age Jane became the mother of Jacob Bush Dec. 10, 1788. At 24 years of age Jane became the mother of Deborah Bush Sept. 30, 1790. At 27 years of age Jane became the mother of Rachel Bush Jan. 11, 1793. At 29 years of age Jane became the mother of Samuel Bush Nov. 23, 1794. At 29 years of age Jane became the mother of Daniel S. Bush Nov. 23, 1794. At 34 years of age Jane became the mother of Joseph Bush June 1, 1800. At 37 years of age Jane became the mother of Robert Bush Dec. 18, 1802. At 37 years of age Jane became the mother of Charles S. Bush Dec. 18, 1802. At 39 years of age Jane became the mother of Peter Bush Aug. 27, 1805. At 41 years of age Jane became the mother of Jemima S. Bush (cousin) Ithaca, New York, Sept. 10, 1807. At 44 years of age Jane became the mother of Anna Bush Nov. 1809.

At 20 years of age John became the father of Sarah Bush Lower Smithfield Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, March 24, 1785. At 22 years of age John became the father of Elizabeth Bush Feb. 7, 1787. At 24 years of age John became the father of Jacob Bush Dec. 10, 1788. At 26 years of age John became the father of Deborah Bush Sept. 30, 1790. At 28 years of age John became the father of Rachel Bush Jan. 11, 1793. At 30 years of age John became the father of Samuel Bush Nov. 23, 1794. At 30 years of age John became the father of Daniel S. Bush Nov. 23, 1794. At 35 years of age John became the father of Joseph Bush June 1, 1800. At 38 years of age John became the father of Robert Bush Dec. 18, 1802. At 38 years of age John became the father of Charles S. Bush Dec. 18, 1802. At 41 years of age John became the father of Peter Bush Aug. 27, 1805. At 43 years of age John became the father of Jemima S. Bush (cousin) Ithaca, New York, Sept. 10, 1807. At 45 years of age John became the father of Anna Bush Nov. 1809.

13 xii. Jemima S. Bush (cousin) was born Ithaca, New York Sept. 10, 1807. Jemima died July 14, 1879 Pawnee City, Pawnee County, Nebraska, at 71 years of age. She married Edwin Agustus Hollenshead abt. 1825. Edwin was born Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania Jan. 6, 1798. Edwin was the son of Dr. John James Hollinshead and Sarah Stroud. Edwin died March 3, 1882 Pawnee City, Pawnee County, Nebraska, at 84 years of age. Edwin became the father of Charles Hollenshead New York, abt. 1827. Edwin became the father of James W. Hollenshead New York, abt. 1830. At 33 years of age Edwin became the father of Emilie H. Hollinshead Lansing, Topkins County, New York, Feb. 2, 1831. Edwin became the father of Sally Hollenshead New York, abt. 1838. Edwin became the father of Nobus Robert Hollenshead Wisconsin, abt. 1842. Edwin became the father of Hetta S. Jemima became the mother of Charles Hollenshead New York, abt. 1827. Jemima became the mother of James W. Hollenshead New York, abt. 1830. At 23 years of age Jemima became the mother of Emilie H. Hollinshead Lansing, Topkins County, New York, Feb. 2, 1831. Jemima became the mother of Sally Hollenshead New York, abt. 1838. Jemima became the mother of Nobus Robert Hollenshead Wisconsin, abt. 1842. Jemima became the mother of Hetta S. Hollinshead Wisconsin, abt. 1847.

14 xiii. Anna Bush was born Nov. 1809.
