1. Samuel Alexander1 Bone was born Millcreek, Erie County, Pennsylvania Feb. 28, 1817. Samuel died Dec. 6, 1866 Floyd Township, Warren County, illinois, at 49 years of age. His body was interred aft. Dec. 6, 1866 Cameron, Illinois, Silent Home Cemetery.
He married Lydia Catherine Giddings Mill Creek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania, Dec. 1, 1836. Lydia was born Lancaster, Conneticut July 18, 1812. Lydia was the daughter of Silas Giddings and Hannah Cornwall. Lydia died Sept. 4, 1884 Warren County, Illinois, at 72 years of age. Her body was interred aft. Sept. 4, 1884 Cameron, Illinois, Silent Home Cemetery. At 25 years of age Lydia became the mother of Thomas Wells Bone Mill Creek, Erie County, Pennsylvania, Sept. 26, 1837.
At 20 years of age Samuel became the father of Thomas Wells Bone Mill Creek, Erie County, Pennsylvania, Sept. 26, 1837. At 29 years of age Samuel became the father of Mrs. Helen Lydia Bone Cross Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania, March 10, 1846.

Mrs. Helen Lydia Bone Cross was born Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania March 10, 1846. Mrs. died April 5,
1928 Abingdon, Knox County, Illinois, at 82 years of age. She married Fredrick Moses Jackson Pool
Knox County, Illinois, Nov. 7, 1869. Fredrick was born Martinsville, Warren County, Kentucky April 18, 1839. Fredrick
was the son of John Henry Pool and Temperance G. "Tempe" Lomax. Fredrick died Sept. 7. 1912 Arlington, Washington County,
Nebraska, at 73 years of age. Fredrick became the father of Helen M. Pool abt. 1868. At 32 years of age Fredrick
became the father of Elizabeth Temperance "Lilly" Pool Shenandoah, Freemont County, Iowa, Oct. 19, 1871. (See Fredrick Moses Jackson Pool for the continuation of this line.)
