The price of the room includes full Irish Breakfast. If you are staying more than one night we may be able to offer a special price depending on the time of year.
Breakfast is from 0800 - 1030 weekdays, 0900 - 1030 weekends unless prearranged.
Check in time is 2.30pm, and check out time is 11.00am unless a prearranged time has been agreed as we will try to facilitate air and sea travellers.
Deposit is required to confirm the reservation, cheques are acceptable.
24 hour notice of cancellation is required. Failure to do so will incur the first night's accommodation fee in full.
For bank holidays and special events 48 hour notice of cancellation is required.
Deposit paid will be forfeited or deducted from the credit card in the event of notice of less than 24 hours (or if otherwise specified when making the booking).
Rooms will be held until 6 PM unless you have advised otherwise.
Courtesy will enhance the quality of your stay.
Rooms will be held until 6.00PM, if a booking deposit has been received.
If we have not received a deposit we will make rooms available to all calling guests and we cannot be responsible for double booking.
