Categorized below is a list of sites I have come across that give free advice / information / graphics which should help evolve your site even further.

Although all of these sites are of a high quality (they would not be displayed if they were not)
I have listed them in my order of preference - this is based upon content, presentation and ease of access to each item.

      HTML REFERENCE SITES

• The Willcam Group #I
  A comprehensive guide to all HTML tags.
  Each tag is listed with all its attributes and with all its options and processes descibed in full.

• The Willcam Group #II
  A compact index of all HTML tags, listing all their attributes and functions.
  This listing is more for experienced programmers' reference.

• Gregory Consulting
  Kate Gregory is the editor for the Willcam's HTML tag index and
  in her own site she offers extra HTML tuition with tag examples showing possible effects.

• Wade's WWW Tutorials
  This guide covers alot more than HTML. The HTML guide is very comprehensive and is well indexed and presented -
  just right for your second step into HTML programming.

• Aston University CSAM, Support tutorials
  Support tutorials created by Aston University's CSAM team.

      JAVA & JAVASCRIPT REFERENCE SITES

• JavaScript Guide reference manual
  Netscape's very own guide to JavaScript. A well presented guide with frames, but due to the load on the Netscape server, it can take a while to grab.
  Netscape have issued a new guide for JavaScript1.2 but since very few people own Netscape4 and IE is yet to catch up I recommend the out-dated version.

• The Total Non-Programmer's Guide to Javascript
  I've always found Rob Young's guide to JavaScript very useful,
  and is especially so for those who've never used an Object Oriented language before. The 'learn by examples' approach is very effective and his site is very well presented too.

• Programming 101 By Way of Java
  A clear-cut examples guide to programming in Java.
  The examples shown in this site work well when taking instruction from a guide.

• JavaSoft Home Page
  For all the latest news and gossip on Java - JavaSoft's site has it all.

• HotStyle - JavaScript Resources
  For relatively advanced JavaScript programmers : this site takes any questions, problems or queries about JavaScript and mails them to one of its associated authorities. You should recieve a reply within a few days.

• The Applet Arcade
  A multiple award winning site containing
  Java Conversions of classic aracade games - need I say more?

• Chris Cobb's "Obligatory" Java Applets
  A neatly presented archive of free Java Applets. Each applet comes
  with its own usage tutorial page and several examples of HTML code.

• Chuck's Java Page
  An assortment of Java applets amongst a large, well-written varied website.
  Expect anything and everything!

• Base2 : JavaScripted Games
  A nice selection of complex games for the web - including a tetris clone.
  All programmed in JavaScript.

      IMAGE LIBRARIES

• Graphics Library
  An extensive archive of backgrounds, bullets, buttons, icons, bars and some animations thrown in for good measure. Each category is presented in frames and the images placed in tables.
  A great resource for any site.

• Graphics Library
  Obviously computer artists are not very imaginative when it comes to titling their site. But, despite the name repetition, Graphics Library (#2) contains some essential free pics and offer a custom service.
  The site is fairly new and I look forward to seeing further development here in the future.

• The Design Shoppe
  Not the largest gallery of graphics but, hey, size isn't everything!
  The graphics here are all original and of high-quality. They are well categorised and quick to download - a visit is highly recommended.

• RedHouse Graphics
  A huge collection of graphics taken from all over the web. This may mean that the images are unoriginal but for a one-stop-visit you can't do much better.
  Although the images are categorized into sub sections, many are presented on each page meaning long downloading times - but in the end, well worth it.

      ANIMATION LIBRARIES

• SSA Custom Design
  Classic, all-original animations. Detailed images, alas, leading to large files. But well worth seeing at least once. Well presented and quick access.

• Rose's Animated Gifs
  A huge catalogue of animations collected from all over the 'net.
  Again, alphabetically filed using frames - each gif is easy to grab.

• Dee Dee's Animation Collection
  A large collection of images, presented on several pages and organised into catagories.
  A well organised, must-visit site.
  **   At the moment the site is in limbo as ownership changes, but you can check if the site has now been transferred via the link above.

• GIF Animation Station
  A huge collection of small, but never-the-less effective, GIFs.
  All categorized on one page.
