We're very pleased and proud that so many of our puppies and dogs are making an impact in law enforcement across the country. A large part of our program centers around producing the type of dog that can work in law enforcement doing narcotics work; bomb, arson and other types of detection work; tracking and search and rescue; and some even in patrol and protection work.
As a professional trainer, who has worked a great deal with law enforcement agencies helping train patrol and narcotics dogs, I am well aware of the difference that a properly trained dog can make out on the street. I make it a priority to ride with K9 and narcotics officers, so that as a trainer and a breeder I can better understand practical needs and application. I am very in favor of K9 Units and Narcotics Units making a proactive stand with interdiction and a strong visual presence in the community. I also encourage and try to facilitate as much public education as possible about these dogs to try to help dispell the myths and misinformation out there about these dogs and how we train them to do the work that is required of them.
I am evermindful of the low budget allowances that programs involving the use of K9's in law enforcement are usually working with. It is with that in mind that we have instituted the Donation Program here at TL's. We take great pride and satisfaction in knowing that another one of our dogs is going to be out there making a positive difference in whatever field of police work he or she is chosen to work in. It is our hope that by donating a puppy or young dog, that the funds available within a department's budget can be better used to supply officers with more training and equipment.
I look forward to continuing this program and to my continued work in helping police officers and departments with their K9 and Narcotics Units, and to continue to provide suitable puppies and young dogs to the departments in need. I also look forward to any opportunity to help better educate the public about these wonderful dogs and the special officers who train them, handle them, depend on them and love them.

Here are a few of the kids that we're so very proud to know are out there making a difference on the streets!
This is Lucy and Nigel's boy, TL's Jester G Money Junior... we just call him "G". He's showing wonderful retrieve drive, and natural curiosity about his surroundings. He likes to use his paws and his nose to investigate everything! He's doing great with his obedience work and will be introduced to narcotics training soon.
Brodie is Allie and Charlie's son and Bo's grandson. True to his family lines he is showing remarkable aptitude for tracking and patrol work. He is showing excellent progress for a youngster and also demonstrates the desire and the stable temperament that is necessary to have a trustworthy partner.
