LETTERING OF SPCA MADE FROM DOG CHAINS COLLECTED FROM CRUELTY CASES: 20/2/2001 Mr John Tan, one of our founders and former Chairman, presented this lettering made from chains of dogs collected from cruelty cases. This collection took two years to complete. We owe Mr. John Tan a great debt of gratitude and can only repay by promising to further the cause of eradicating animal cruelty and teaching our young to respect and honor this cause.
