        This family is a special clan
        They are spread out over the miles
        They see each other every two years
        Full of laughter and wearing smiles.

        What is the formula
        What makes them tick
        What is the bond
        Why does it stick.

        It all began with a lovely lady
        With a man right by her side
        Their love produced nine offspring
        And these children were their pride.

        What does this family have
        That makes them so fine
        The answer is simple
        It is simply the nine.

        Nine brothers and sisters
        Water this family tree
        They encourage the branches
        To grow strong and be free.

        The memories that we share
        From times in the past
        Keep us longing for more
