Randy Crosby is a performing musician, having played violin, mandolin and guitar for over 30 years, and professionally repairing for over 20 years. He specializes in string instrument repairs, including guitar, violin, banjo, bass, electric and upright, mandolin, and on electric or acoustic instruments.

Warranty work is done for qualifying persons for Martin Guitars, Taylor, Guild, Fender, Kamman Music, Meisel and several other major companies. All instruments are play-tested before releasing them and guarantee all repairs for 6 mos to one year with some exceptions. Special attention is given to our professional musician customers to minimize repair time. We recognize the importance of individual preferences of "feel" and response, so every effort is made to accommodate your taste. Turn around time for most play condition repairs is one to two weeks. Although we carry an extensive inventory of spare parts for most ordinary instruments, occasionally we must order parts from the manufacturer. Obviously this will take some more time and over this we have no control. Estimates, if requested, will be made. Actual charges are based on time and materials. All of our labor is charged at $55 per hour and rated at 10ths of an hour. The minimum shop fee is $20. Repair charges for individuals must be paid before the instruments leave our shop. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, cash, or personal check. Repaired instruments left longer than 90 days are subject to being sold for the repair charges.
