How much do you charge for shipping?

Merchandize will be shipped through US Mail for $5.00 per dolls.Postage and insurance will be added to the price of the item(s)

How long does it take to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 3-10 business days upon payment confirmation. If you fail to receive your order within this time frame, please e-mail us immediately at Lioby Milanés.

What is the return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact   Lioby   within 5 days for a replacement or a full refund (less s&h charges). We recommened that you use UPS or another form of insured mail service for your protection. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns sent by C.O.D.

Who do I contact for billing questions?

All billing inquiries are dealt with our online retailer, CCNow, who can be contacted toll free 1-877-CCNOW-77. (toll free for US customers only). For further information on the CCNow service, please visit the company's web site at http://www.ccnow.com

How do I place an order?

You can browse through our product pages using the links located on the left or at the bottom of each page. To purchase an item, click on the words "Buy it". You will then be transferred over to CCNOW's page where your item of choice will be added to your shopping cart. To continue shopping for more items click on the "Add More Items" button. When you are ready to buy, select your country in the "Shipping To" box, followed by clicking on the "Pay & Finish" button. You will then need to select "Secure Checkout" or "Standard Checkout" (most users will want to select "Secure Checkout"). If you are not sure which to select, just pick "Secure Checkout". This is to insure a secure transaction. After clicking on one of the checkout buttons you will be transferred over to CCNOW's Secure Severs where a lock will appear on the bottom of your browser. Please make sure a lock is present before entering and sending your information. Enter your payment and shipping details to complete the ordering process. All of your ordering information is private, safe and secure.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Lioby-Shoponline-Dolls?
