Westbrook & Wood ML 300 Chip Depositor

chocolate chips production: 1 &endash; Westbrook & Wood Ltd. ML 300 Chocolate Chip Depositor built in 2001
with 300 mm wide head and cantilevered design to mount over a stop/start indexing
cooling tunnel belt. This machine comes with nozzle plates for 4000 CT, 1000 CT
and 150 CT chip/drops. This depositor operates at a maximum speed of 20 strokes per
minute and has a head that moves up and down to create the shape of the chip. The frame
is mounted on a heavy-duty base with locking wheels and the hopper has a closed water
system with heat exchanger to circulate hot water to maintain temperature.
The motor specifications are 3 Phase, 60 Cycle, 480 Volts.
