This page contains a short short story, dating from a time I forced myself to write at least one page a day. This particular day I had writer's block, it seems. This page is part of a larger website, the Coinquay web presence. Click the coinquay graphic to return to the main page. You can also reach the main page with the url http://ey.to.hey.to/.

... Mcbeth
Unknown story
by Clarah Hallstein
07 January 1993
Our hero enters the scene where MacBeth stands in the King's chambers and stares at his own hands, saying "What hast I doneth today, What whilst the morrow heed for the likes of mine?"
Of course, Lady MacBeth is waiting in the courtyard, and wondering what keeps her beloved husband so long. She gave him strict orders to accomplish her ambitions, but now it seems as though they were going to be discovered.
Our hero has other plans, though. Seeing Macbeth's predicament, he seizes him by the neck and smashes his forehead against the wall. Soon enough blood starts oozing all over the floor, and our hero grasps at the opportunity to collect Medieval Blood Samples.
When Lady M realises that her husband is not going to return, she turns and runs for the gate, unable to hold her tears. When she reaches the gate, she pounds on it and yells "Open up!", but nobody opens.
Finally Fleance and co arrives at the scene and tries to calm her, but she just cries more. The more they comfort her, the more hysterical she becomes. Then it gives Fleance a great idea : why not giving her the reverse treatment, and see if it has the reverse effect?
So they start kicking her in the butt, and slapping her in the face, and finally, stabbing her with a dagger. And what do you know! She stops crying.
